How Do I Cancel My Subscription Or Refund?

Points to note with regards to cancelling your subscription:

All plans are non-refundable
Cancellation does not lead to a refund. It only ensures that your subscription will not be renewed after the current billing period.
Your access remains active till the end of the current billing period even if you cancel membership midway.

For direct purchase subscriptions via all other payment modes, you can use the steps below to cancel your subscription.

Please update the app on your device. You can also uninstall the app and install it again to ensure that you have the latest version of the app.

Click ‘My Account’
Click on ‘Subscription’
Click on ‘Account Settings’ (Subscriptions & Devices on the browser)
Click on ‘Cancel’
You will see a pop up displaying the validity of your current subscription.
Click on ‘Yes Cancel This Subscription’

If you do not find the option to cancel the membership on your ‘My Account’ section, it may be due to the below reasons:

You may have already cancelled your membership.
You may have purchased / redeemed the subscription via Netbanking, Gift Cards, Partner Coupons or Partner Recharges, which does not require cancellation as the subscription will expire automatically at the end of the current subscription period.

To refund an accidental or unwanted ARPAN FILM order:

From the rgbpremium.in website or Mobile Apps, select My Account, then Subscription.
Select the title that has been purchased or rented in error. This will load the title’s detail page.
When the page loads don’t click on the play button.
Select Cancel Your Order.
Choose a reason for the cancellation from the drop-down menu, and then click Cancel This Purchase.
After the cancellation is complete, your refund is issued to the payment method used for the order. The video is also removed from “Subscription” in “My Account” as a part of the refund process.
After Send Mail With Proper reason for cancel your order you will refund your amount.
The amount will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days.
